SUDE Pneumatic Operated Zero Bacteria Valves are advanced hygienic control valves engineered for contamination-free, high-speed, and reliable flow control in critical process industries. Designed with a zero dead-leg internal geometry, full drainability, and ultra-smooth surface finish, these valves eliminate product hold-up, bacterial growth, and cross-contamination.

Manufactured from AISI 316 / 316L stainless steel with FDA-compliant sealing materials, the valves are fully compatible with CIP (Clean-in-Place) and SIP (Steam-in-Place) processes. Pneumatic actuation ensures fast response, high cycle life, and consistent performance, making them ideal for automated and safety-critical operations.
