The Pneumatic Diaphragm Actuated Valve is designed to provide reliable linear actuation for diaphragm valves used in ON–OFF and modulating flow control applications. Operated by compressed air, the actuator delivers quick response, smooth motion, and high cycle life, making it ideal for demanding industrial and process environments.
When paired with straight-through or weir type diaphragm valves, the pneumatic diaphragm actuator ensures accurate flow regulation, tight shut-off, and safe operation, even in corrosive, abrasive, or slurry services. Spring-return configurations offer fail-safe action, automatically moving the valve to a predefined safe position during air supply failure.
