Electric Operated Plastic Ball Valve

Electric Operated Plastic Ball Valve -1358 Series

SUDE Electric Operated Plastic Ball Valves are engineered for reliable automated flow control in corrosive, utility, and industrial applications. Designed with a one-piece encapsulated body, these valves eliminate leakage paths, reduce maintenance, and deliver long-term, leak-free performance even in demanding environments.
Fitted with single-phase or three-phase electric actuators, the valves offer precise ON/OFF operation, smooth quarter-turn motion, and excellent sealing. Their lightweight, corrosion-resistant construction makes them ideal where metallic valves are unsuitable or uneconomical.
These valves are ready for immediate installation, require no internal adjustments, and are built to perform consistently year after year.

Design & Construction:

Designed with a one-piece encapsulated body construction that eliminates leakage paths and ensures long-term, maintenance-free performance. Lightweight corrosion-resistant plastic materials provide durability in aggressive and chemical environments.

Working Principle:

Working Principle
The electric actuator converts electrical energy into rotary motion, rotating the valve stem and ball by 90°.
Open Position
The ball bore aligns with the pipeline, allowing full flow with minimal pressure drop.
Closed Position
The ball rotates perpendicular to the flow path, creating a tight shut-off using PTFE seats.
The actuator stops automatically at preset limit switches, ensuring accurate and repeatable operation without over-travel.

Automation & Control Options:

  • Control Modes: On/Off, Modulating (4–20 mA / 0–10 V), Inching
  • Actuator Options: Single Phase / Three Phase, Multi-voltage
  • Feedback Systems: Limit Switch, Position Transmitter, Potentiometer
  • Communication: MODBUS (RS-485), PLC / SCADA Compatible
  • Communication: MODBUS (RS-485), PLC / SCADA Compatible
